This form is used where the Deposit Bond term is less than 6 mths and
- an Unconditional Letter of Offer for finance has been granted.

Based on your selection criteria, you are required to submit an Individual Finance Backed Application. Please PRINT , complete and mail this form to us with your payment.

Important:
To complete your application process for a deposit bond, please print and sign the application and forward to us with your payment and the following supporting documentation:

1. An Unconditional Loan Approval from a suitable lender;
2. If you are selling to buy, proof of exchanged contracts (front page & solicitor confirmation), and
3. Suitable Identification and proof of Australian residential status (refer 100 Point ID );
4. Copy front page of the Contract for Sale of purchase property; and
5. Most recent statement of funds to contribute to settlement(eg. bank statements, Share Certificates, Term Deposits. and
6. Current loan statement(s) to confirm existing debt over any property being sold.
