General Terms of Use

Equity backed Individual Application
Applicant is an "individual" - ie Personal Name(s)

Based on your selection criteria, you are required to submit an Equity Backed Individual Application Form. Please PRINT , complete and mail this form to us with your payment.

Important:
To complete your application process for a deposit bond, please print and sign the application and forward to us with your payment and the following supporting documentation:

  1. Suitable Identification and proof of Australian residential status (refer 100 Point ID );
  2. Copy of the front page of the Contract for Sale;
  3. All pages of any Special Conditions of Contract for the property being purchased;
  4. Confirmation of income ie. the last 2 salary pay slips, or current letter from an employer, or your last tax return and tax assessment notice, if self employed.

In Addition, where the Bond Term exceeds 6 months or if you are selling an existing property to finance this purchase or funding the purchase by other means then the following needs to be provided

  1. Rates notice on your existing property;
  2. Confirmation of investments such as term deposits, top 200 ASX shares, managed funds;
  3. Mortgage statements for the past 3 months if your property is financed.

A third party guarantee would be required where: Existing asset(s) are owned in joint names and the new property is being purchased in one name only or if a parent is assisting with a child's asset strength.

If a Guarantor (separate to the applicants) is to be used, you must also print and submit the following documents:

  1. Suitable Identification and proof of Australian residential status (refer 100 Point ID );
  2. Complete and sign the application form;
  3. Complete and sign the Deed of Guarantee (will be provided on application).
