Based on your selection criteria, you are required to submit an Equity Backed Individual Application Form. Please PRINT
, complete and mail this form to us with your payment.
Important:
To complete your application process for a deposit bond, please print and sign the application and forward to us with your payment and the following supporting documentation:
- Suitable Identification and proof of Australian residential status (refer 100 Point ID
);
- Copy of the front page of the Contract for Sale;
- All pages of any Special Conditions of Contract for the property being purchased;
- Confirmation of income ie. the last 2 salary pay slips, or current letter from an employer, or your last tax return and tax assessment notice, if self employed.
In Addition, where the Bond Term exceeds 6 months or if you are selling an existing property to finance this purchase or funding the purchase by other means then the following needs to be provided
- Rates notice on your existing property;
- Confirmation of investments such as term deposits, top 200 ASX shares, managed funds;
- Mortgage statements for the past 3 months if your property is financed.
A third party guarantee would be required where: Existing asset(s) are owned in joint names and the new property is being purchased in one name only or if a parent is assisting with a child's asset strength.
If a Guarantor (separate to the applicants) is to be used, you must also print and submit the following documents:
- Suitable Identification and proof of Australian residential status (refer 100 Point ID
);
- Complete and sign the application form;
- Complete and sign the Deed of Guarantee (will be provided on application).
