, complete and mail this form to us with your payment.
Important:
When an applicant is a corporate entity the Director(s) and/or trustees must act as guarantors. To complete your application process for a deposit bond, please print and sign the application and forward to us with your payment and the following supporting documentation:
- Copy of the front page of the Contract for Sale;
- All pages of any Special Conditions of Contract for the property being purchased;
- Full Financial Statements including: Last years Company Tax Returns, P&L and Balance Sheets;
- Personal tax returns of Directors/Shareholders;
- if a Trust, then a copy of the Trust Deed.
In Addition, where the Bond Term exceeds 6 months or if you are selling an existing property to finance this purchase or funding the purchase by other means then the following needs to be provided:
- Rates notice on your existing property;
- Confirmation of investments such as term deposits, top 200 ASX shares, managed funds;
- Mortgage statements for the past 3 months if the property is financed.
Each guarantor will need to provide the following:
- Suitable Identification and proof of Australian residential status (refer 100 Point ID
);
- Complete and sign the application form;
- Complete and sign the Deed of Guarantee (will be provided on application).
